Return/Exchange/Refund Policy and Request Form

SCORE!'s Return/Exchange/Refund Policy:

  • Returns~ Initiate return within ten days of receipt using the form below. 
  • Exchange~ Return unwanted item for refund using same steps as above. Place a new order for desired purse on website. 
  • Refunds~ Refunds occur when returned purse is received by SCORE! in new, unused condition with original tags attached. 
  • All returns and exchanges incur a $12 restock/shipping charge deducted from refund.
  • Returns beyond the 10 days required, please contact: or 210-383-1945
  • Refunds for items showing delivered, but you did not receive:
  • Once the item has left our hands to the shipper, it is literally "out of our hands".

    Be sure to have your tracking number and follow instructions for Priority Mail, not Priority Mail Express.
